Throughout my university years, I believe academic is not everything, thus despite the busyness of study, I have always tried to balance my life by engaging myself with my surroundings through organisations, competitions, and volunteer. These activities help me in honing my soft skills such as but not limited to communication, people, management, critical thinking skills.

Peer for National Batch 2

StudentsCatalyst, Indonesia

StudentsCatalyst is a student-led initiative that provide incubator for top performer individual to gather, share, and inspire each other.

I am currently taking part as a peer; peers are final-year students/recent graduates who have proven achievements on competitions, businesses, or NGOs, so they have stories to be share. Peers will accompany and guide students during the forum, and serve as a personal mentor for students to help their self-development process;

  • Mentoring 4 top performer university students focusing on self development and career inside and outside the forum through coaching, one-to-one session, and pro-bono consulting project

AIESEC in Sunway, Malaysia

AIESEC is a global platform for young people to explore and develop their leadership potential. AIESEC is a non-political, independent, not-for-profit organisation run by students and recent graduates of institutions of higher education.

  • Led a team of 5 (maximum) in daily operations
  • Maintained and ensured a stable, efficient and effective customer flow
  • Conducted 3 cultural virtual sharing events, 1 physical event, and 2 virtual campaigns to introduce AIESEC and attract youths due to potential border reopening for Global Physical Volunteer program
  • Conducted a total of 5 virtual consultancy spaces to equip members with sales boosting strategy (internal) and to answer potential volunteers’ concern (external) for Local Virtual Volunteering program
  • Created an automatic all-in-one sales tracker for data analysis, progress tracker, and way forwards creation
  • Achieved 86.36% conversion rate for Local Virtual Volunteering program
  • Created 2 different promo schemes based on time, slot constraints and achieved 50%, 30% of the goal respectively

  • Led a team of 3 in daily operations and 2 of them went for higher roles in the next half of the term
  • Hold 2 physical events to introduce AIESEC and attract youths to make impact through volunteering
  • Formed partnerships and worked with 5 local committees for Local Virtual Volunteering program
  • Secured 9 projects for Local Virtual Volunteering program and achieved 150% of the goals
  • Contacting potential customers and selling product (in this case, Global Volunteer) to them
  • Maintained and ensured a stable, efficient and effective customer flow with an average process time of 5.4 days (BaU: 7 days)
  • Maintained partnership with 6 oversea committees for potential Global Physical Volunteer program once the border reopened and conducted 2 cultural virtual sharing events

A worldwide innovation competition with 3 tracks to choose (Inclusion, Green, Tech).
Throughout the competition, my team of 3 chose Tech track & developed consumer target, marketing and financial plans for a product called L'ArĂŽme, a detachable fragrance device with an AI advisor to personalise scent based on mood, occasions and preference.

A virtual championship across South East Asia. Throughout the competition, my team of 4 developed a website prototype called Mondelēz LOKAL, a direct B2B platform with the aim of bridging the gap between small online businesses involved in the gifting industry and Mondelēz International.

Top 100 for Shopee Ultimate Case Challenge

Shopee Indonesia

An annual business case competition to solve real-world e-commerce business problems. Joining the competition as a team of 2 and working on the case in the span of 2 weeks using issue tree, scenario matrix, 3Cs of Strategy (Company, Competitor, Consumer), and 4Ps of Marketing (Product, Placement, Pricing, Promotion). Proposed a solution of 3 year implementation plan suggestion called CINTE for MARIO (COVID-19 Is Not the End for Marketing & Internal Operation).

Participant for BRI Data Hackaton 2021

Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI)

A virtual Data Science competition for Indonesians to solve business problems using Machine Learning. There are 2 categories: People Analytics and Cash Ratio Optimisation. My team of 5 joined both of the categories with me focusing on Cash Ratio Optimisation to improve cash circulation efficiency to increase operational costs and the potential use of cash for BRI's banking business.
Coding the project both with Python and R programming languages for exploratory data analysis (EDA) and time series forecasting;

  • Time series neural networks model using LSTM, GRU for forecasting
  • Usage of atspy library to implement all automated time series models (ARIMA, Prophet, Exponential Smoothing, N-BEATS, GluonTS, TBAT)
  • Linear regression model to find formula for forecasting from significant time series models
